You acknowledge and consent that AS&D Consulting owns and possesses the unrestricted right to utilize, publish, in electronic form and otherwise, distribute, and exploit all information that you post, submit, share, or otherwise publish on the Site (referred to as “Submissions”). By doing so, you waive any claims against AS&D Consulting, whether alleged or actual, for infringements of rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, rights of attribution, or any other intellectual property rights associated with AS&D Consulting utilization and publication of such Submissions. This implies that any content posted, submitted, shared, or otherwise published by you on the Site becomes the property of AS&D Consulting and may be utilized by AS&D Consulting for any purpose, both presently and in the future, without any compensation to you or further authorization from you.

If AS&D Consulting‘s ownership of such Submissions is contested, you automatically grant AS&D Consulting a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable, unrestricted, worldwide, and irrevocable right and license to utilize, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works based upon, distribute, perform, or display such Submissions, in whole or in part, in any form, media, or technology known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes. Additionally, you waive all claims against AS&D Consulting for any actual or alleged violation of privacy or publicity rights, moral rights, rights of attribution, or infringement of intellectual property rights arising from or relating to the Submissions.

AS&D Consulting does not assert or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any Submissions displayed, uploaded, or posted on any message board, or otherwise distributed through the Site by any user, information provider, or third party. AS&D Consulting explicitly disclaims all liability associated with Submissions, and you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on such Submissions shall be solely at your discretion, liability, and risk.

You agree not to post, submit, share, or otherwise publish on the Site any materials that:

(i) are threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene;
(ii) would constitute, or encourage conduct that would constitute, a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate the law;
(iii) infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties;
(iv) contain a computer virus or other destructive element;
(v) contain advertising; or
(vi) constitute or contain false or misleading statements.

AS&D Consulting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to post and to remove any information or Submission from the Site, in whole or in part, for any reason.
